LFALLING APART AT THE SEAMS – Just a few days after the release of an incriminating video of a Baltimore ACORN office advising a filmmaker and his assistant, who posed as a pimp and a prostitute, on how to scam the IRS,
another ACORN office in Brooklyn has come under fire for the same issue. (Do they not watch TV?) ACORN has since fired the employees involved in Baltimore and Washington, but now they have other issues.
The Senate voted 83-7 on Monday to block grants to ACORN from the Housing and Urban Development Department. This comes just a week after the Census Bureau cut the group loose, saying it no longer wants their help with the 2010 census count.
